Why this is a different conversation

Talking someone at your work into a gym is not the same as talking a pal into one. The reason a colleague has not started is almost never the money and almost always the hour: the drive, the parking, getting back for a meeting. None of that applies here, because the gym is in the same business park as their desk. Spectrum House, 1A North Avenue. They can walk to it in the time it takes to find a space at a town-centre gym.

So the thing to send them is not a motivational line. It is the address, the time, and the price they pay.

What they get

• The 8-Week Package at £185 instead of £205, one payment, no contract and no membership underneath it.
• Every coached class on the timetable: 6am classes Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 5:40pm classes Monday to Wednesday and Saturday 9am Sanctuary Total Body, 50 minutes each, never more than 30 in a class.
• The small-group Personal Training slots, which is where a lunch hour fits if the class times do not.
• A nutrition plan written for them at the consult, and the tape measure in week one and week eight so the result is a number.
• A free ten-minute consult first, in the gym or on WhatsApp.

Do they have to work for my company?

No. The £185 price is for anyone employed by a company based on Clydebank Business Park, contractors on site included. Different building, different firm, same park, same price.

What do they have to show?

A work email, a pass or a payslip at the free consult.

Can the company pay for a few of us at once?

Yes. Stevie invoices the company and coaches the people; every place is at the park price whether the firm pays or the person does. How a company block works.

Is there a lunchtime class we could all do?

No. There is no lunchtime class on the timetable. There is no lunchtime slot either: Personal Training runs mornings 6am to 10am and late afternoons 4pm to 7:20pm mid-week, plus 7:30am, 8:30am and 10am on Saturday, and the classes are at 6am and 5:40pm.

What if they are not sure yet?

Send them the free ten-minute consult rather than the price. Gym or phone, no card, no contract, and they can come and watch a class before they decide.

Is this the same as bringing a mate?

It is the same gym and a different conversation. Bringing a mate is for friends and family anywhere; this one is for the people you work beside, where the price and the walk are the argument.
