Business Park staff price · Clydebank
Work on the park?
Train next door.
£185.
For anyone working at Clydebank Business Park: the 8-Week Package at £185 instead of £205, in the gym at Spectrum House, two minutes from your desk. Every class on the timetable, small-group Personal Training, a nutrition plan written for you, measured in week one and week eight. Show a work email or a pass at the consult.
- Holding the letter that came round the park? Then the four things it does not have room for. Which unit: Spectrum House, 1A North Avenue, inside the estate; the front door is what3words ///pretty.needed.chill, and wherever your building is on the park it is a walk rather than a drive. Can you make your desk after the 6am class: it finishes at 6:50am and you are already here. Do you have to tell your work: no, it is your money and your hour; the price is for the person, not the firm. What about the weeks you are on site instead of at the desk: nothing changes, the block runs to its dates and the timetable has both ends of the day plus a Saturday.
- Two minutes from your desk. The gym is at Spectrum House, 1A North Avenue, inside the park. 6am classes before work, 5:40pm classes after it, Personal Training slots in between. No drive, no parking hunt, no excuse.
- £20 off, nothing else different. The same 8-Week Package as everyone else: every coached class on the timetable, the small-group Personal Training slots, a nutrition plan written for you at the consult, and your week-one and week-eight numbers side by side. £185 instead of £205, one payment, no contract.
- Who counts as staff. Anyone employed by a company based on Clydebank Business Park, including contractors on site. Show a work email, a pass or a payslip at the free consult and the price is applied. One place per person per block.
- Your company can pay. Some firms pay for staff places, or a share of them, as a wellbeing benefit. I invoice the company and coach the people. Message me and I will send the one-page letter for whoever signs it off.
- Coached, then measured. Every session is coached by me and measured at both ends. Colleagues who start together tend to finish together.
- Know somebody else on the park? Pass it on to a colleague: the same price, the one-page PDF to forward, and the three ways to hand it over.

How it works
Consult, pay, start on the Monday.
The same three steps as any client, with the park price applied at the consult.
The consult
Ten minutes in the gym or on WhatsApp, any weekday. Bring your goal and your work email or pass.
Paying
£185 in one payment before the first session, by bank transfer, Revolut link or card in the gym. A £68.50 deposit holds the place.
The block
Eight weeks from the published start date. Train before work, after work or in a lunch hour on a Personal Training slot; the timetable is built for people who work here.
Inside the gym
This is what a session looks like.
Filmed on a phone in the gym at Clydebank Business Park. Coached from the first minute, scaled to the person, nobody at the front doing the workout instead of watching yours.
Reviews
Five-star reviews from Clydebank and across Glasgow.
Rated 4.9 out of 5 on Google and 100% recommended on Facebook.
“Classes have a great atmosphere and it’s a fab workout!”
Questions
Good to know.
Do I need to prove I work on the park?
A work email, a pass or a payslip at the consult is enough. I am not going to interrogate anyone; the price is for the people next door.
Can my employer pay for it?
Yes. I invoice the company and coach the people. Ask me for the letter and hand it to whoever signs off wellbeing spend.
Can a few of us start together?
Yes, and it works well: classes are capped at 30, so message early for the same start date. Colleagues who train together miss fewer sessions.
Is there a lunchtime session?
No. Personal Training runs mornings 6am to 10am and late afternoons 4pm to 7:20pm mid-week, plus 7:30am, 8:30am and 10am on Saturday, so it is early mornings or late afternoons rather than lunchtime, and there is no lunchtime class on the timetable.
What if I leave the company mid-block?
Nothing changes. The block runs to its dates and the price you paid is the price.
