The short version

I am Stevie Fulton, coaching since 2010, now at Sanctuary Fitness in Spectrum House, Clydebank Business Park, a short walk from Singer station. Two ways to train with me: the 8-Week Package at £205 (coached classes, small-group Personal Training, a nutrition plan, measured at both ends) and one-to-one Personal Training at £295 for ten sessions over five weeks. No contract, no joining fee, no direct debit. The next 8-Week block starts Monday the 4th of January.

What a personal trainer in Clydebank costs

Most personal trainers price per session and charge extra, or nothing at all, for nutrition and measurements. Here, ten private sessions are £295 with the programme, plan and measurements built in, and the 8-Week Package works out at a few pounds a session because the coaching is shared across a small group. The full price guide has the comparison and the prices page has every number in one place.

When the sessions run

6am classes Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Evening classes at 5:40pm, a Saturday 9am Sanctuary Total Body, and Personal Training slots mornings 6am to 10am and late afternoons 4pm to 7:20pm. Every class is fifty minutes and capped at 30.

Who trains here

Mostly people in their thirties to sixties who want to lose fat, get strong and feel younger, not compete. Beginners who have never lifted, people coming back after years off, shift workers, parents, and a good number who have tried the big chain gyms and wanted coaching instead of a swipe card. Beginners, over 40s, menopause, coming back after injury and parents who need to bring the kids each have their own page.

How I coach

I walk the gym. I do not stand at the front doing the workout. Every squat, press and hinge gets watched and corrected, beginners train beside regulars at their own level, and the weights go up when the technique earns it. Nutrition is a plan I write for you, protein first, nothing to buy. Week one and week eight you are weighed and measured with a tape, privately, so the result is a number and not a feeling.
