Kids welcome · Clydebank
Bring the
kids. Train
anyway.
Personal Training in Clydebank for parents who cannot get childcare: children come along to your one-to-one sessions, sit where you can see them, and you get your hour. No crèche, no fuss, no excuse left. Every session coached by Stevie.
- Yes, they can come. Bring them to your one-to-one sessions. Plenty of parents train this way and it has never been a problem.
- You are in charge of them. This is a gym, not a crèche. They stay in the spot we agree, out of the way of the weights, and you can see them the whole time. Bring a tablet, a book or a snack.
- Your hour still counts. The session is coached exactly as it would be without them. If a wee one needs you, we pause and pick it back up.
- Mornings and after school. One-to-one slots run Monday 4pm and 6:30pm; Tuesday and Wednesday 7am to 10am, 4pm and 6:30pm; Thursday 8am to 10am and 4pm; Friday 7am to 10am; Saturday 7:30am and 10am, so a session fits round nursery drop-off or the school run.
- Classes and the wee ones. Children do not come along to classes: the gym is full and the weights are moving. Teenagers are different: 14 and 15 year olds can train at a class or a Personal Training session with a parent in the gym for the whole session, and 16 and over train on their own. Small children can come to a small-group Personal Training slot only if everyone in that slot is happy with it; otherwise book one-to-one and I build the same work into it.

How it works
Ten sessions, five weeks, the kids in the corner.
One-to-one Personal Training with a programme written for you, a nutrition plan and measurements at both ends. The children being there changes nothing about the coaching.
Book with me
Message me on WhatsApp, tell me the ages and the days that suit, and we pick slots that fit school or nursery.
The first session
Weighed and measured privately, then a session built round your goal. The kids get a corner with a view of you and nothing they can pull over.
The routine
Two sessions a week for five weeks. Most parents get into a rhythm within a fortnight and the children get used to it faster than you do.
After the ten
Carry on one-to-one, or move into the 8-Week Package for the classes once childcare is sorted. No contract either way.
Inside the gym
This is what a session looks like.
Filmed on a phone in the gym at Clydebank Business Park. Coached from the first minute, scaled to the person, nobody at the front doing the workout instead of watching yours.
Reviews
Five-star reviews from Clydebank and across Glasgow.

Questions
Good to know.
What ages can come?
Any age that can sit where you can see them for an hour. Babies in a pram or car seat are fine. Toddlers need something to do; a tablet works wonders.
Can they join in?
No. Children do not use the equipment, for their safety and yours. Some parents bring a skipping rope or a ball for them for the last ten minutes on the mats, which is fine if the gym is clear.
Is the gym safe for children?
It is a working gym with heavy weights. It is safe when children stay in the agreed spot and an adult is responsible for them, which is you. I coach; I do not supervise children.
Can I bring them to a class instead?
Small children, no: classes are for people training. If your child is 14 or 15 they can train in the class with you there, and 16 and over can train on their own. If childcare only works at class times, message me and we will look at a one-to-one slot, or a small-group slot where the others are happy to have a wee one in the corner.
What does it cost?
The same as any one-to-one block: £295 for ten sessions over five weeks, with the programme, nutrition plan and measurements included. No extra charge for bringing the kids.
