I have a heart condition or arthritis. Can I train?

Very often yes, with the right plan. Bring what your GP has said to the consult and Stevie will work within it, or tell you honestly if something needs a physio first.

Is it in a big gym?

No. A private coached studio at Spectrum House with free parking at the door.

How much is it?

One-to-one Personal Training is £295 for ten sessions over five weeks with nutrition advice included. The free consult comes first.
