How are you doing, honestly?
One scale, nothing saved, nothing sent. Training helps most people's heads, and I will always say come in. But if today is a bad one, the right numbers are at the bottom of this page and they matter more than any session.

From me
If it is more than a bad day
- Samaritans: call 116 123, free, any hour, any day.
- Breathing Space (Scotland): call 0800 83 85 87, weekday evenings and all weekend.
- NHS 24: call 111 for urgent help out of hours. In an emergency, 999.
- Your GP: for anything that has lasted more than a couple of weeks. Say the words "low mood" and they know what to do.
I am a coach, not a counsellor. I will always listen and I will always tell you to speak to someone who is trained for it.
What this is for
One scale, nothing saved, nothing sent anywhere. It is here because a training page is somewhere people are honest with themselves for thirty seconds, and because the numbers at the foot of this page are worth having in front of you on a bad day rather than looking for them later.
Training helps most people's heads and Stevie will always say come in, but a session is not the answer to everything and this page will never pretend it is. If today is worse than a bad day, the Samaritans and Breathing Space numbers below are free, open and answered by people whose job this is. If it is a flat week rather than a bad day, message Stevie and come to a class where somebody knows your name and notices you are in.
