If you searched for DFC Fitness and landed here, you are in the right place. Sanctuary Fitness is the new name for the studio at Spectrum House. Here is the short version of how the name changed twice.
2010: Drumchapel Fitclub
Stevie Fulton started coaching group sessions in Drumchapel. No fancy kit, plenty of kettlebells, and word of mouth that filled the sessions within months. The club was built on one idea: busy adults get results when someone coaches them every session.
The DFC Fitness years
Drumchapel Fitclub grew into DFC Fitness and moved to Clydebank. Thousands of people came through the door, the Facebook page passed six thousand followers, and the Google rating settled at 4.9 from clients who kept coming back for package after package.
2026: Sanctuary Fitness
The move to Spectrum House in Clydebank Business Park made it a private studio: coached classes, small-group Personal Training slots and nutrition, all in the 8-Week Package. The name changed to match what it had become. DFC Fitness is a former name on the Google and Facebook listings; the reviews, the coach and the clients carried over.
What has not changed
- Stevie coaches every session.
- Programmes are written for you, not downloaded.
- Results are measured at both ends.
- No contracts.
