People ask what they are actually signing up for. Fair. Here is the whole thing, week by week, with nothing left out.
Before week one: the free consult
Ten minutes at the studio or on the phone. Where you are now, anything sore or injured, what you want out of it, how many sessions a week you can honestly do. You get told straight whether the package fits or whether one-to-one is the better start.
Week 1: numbers and nothing else
Weigh-in, a full set of measurements, photos if you want them. Your nutrition plan is written from the consult. Then three coached sessions. Nobody changes their whole life in week one. You turn up, learn the movements, eat protein at every meal.
Weeks 2 and 3: the routine sets
Classes and Personal Training slots, three or four a week. The nutrition structure becomes normal. Steps and water get added. The scales will jump about, so you look at the weekly average, not the day.
Weeks 4 and 5: halfway check
A quick tape and a chat with Stevie. If the average is moving, nothing changes. If it is not, one thing changes, not five. Loads go up in the strength classes because they can.
Weeks 6 and 7: the drift weeks
This is where people fall off, everywhere. Here you book sessions in advance, message when you wobble, and keep turning up. The crew around you is half the reason it works.
Week 8: measured again, identical conditions
Weigh-in, measurements, photos, same conditions as week one. You see exactly what changed, in numbers. Then you decide what comes next with those numbers in front of you: another eight, one-to-one, or a break.
