Week 8 ends with a tape measure and a decision. Here are the three options, and the honest case for each.
Option one: another eight
The most common choice, for a reason. The first eight weeks build the habit and the technique; the second eight is where the numbers move fastest, because you already know the movements and the room. Same £205, a new set of week 1 measurements, and usually a heavier bar.
Option two: one-to-one Personal Training
For people who found their goal during the package: a specific lift, a race, an injury to work around, or a body-composition target that needs closer attention. Ten private sessions over five weeks, £295, nutrition included.
Option three: a break, on purpose
Sometimes the honest answer is a planned break: a holiday, a house move, a busy month. Take it with a date to come back and the members area still open, and it is a pause rather than a stop. The restart guide is there for when the date arrives.
How to decide
- If the numbers moved and you enjoyed the room: another eight.
- If the numbers moved and you now want something specific: one-to-one.
- If the numbers did not move: the consult, and an honest look at what got in the way. Usually it is one thing, and usually it is fixable.
