Both routes are coached by Stevie at Spectrum House, so this is not a quality question. It is a fit question.
Start with one-to-one if
- You are coming back from an injury, a pregnancy or a long time away and want the first few weeks private.
- You have never touched a barbell and want the basics taught with nobody else in the room.
- Your diary is chaos and the fixed class times will not work, but a 7am or 4pm slot will.
- You have a specific goal: a lift, an event, a body-composition target, a sport.
Start with the 8-Week Package if
- You want the biggest change for the money. Every class plus PT slots plus nutrition for £205.
- You know you train harder with other people in the room.
- You want a start date and a finish date. The next one starts Monday 28 September.
- You like a bit of accountability: the crew notice when you are not there.
The honest middle answer
Most people do the 8-Week Package first, because it includes small-group Personal Training slots anyway, so you get both. People who then want something more specific move to one-to-one. People who love the room do another eight. The which-package quiz takes thirty seconds if you are still torn, and the free consult settles it for good.
