£205 for eight weeks. Here is exactly what that buys, with nothing hidden and nothing padded.
What is in it
- Every class on the timetable for eight weeks. HIIT, Barbell and Dumbbell, Functional Fitness, the Saturday Full Body Workout. Up to six coached classes a week if you want them.
- Personal Training slots. One-to-one time with Stevie inside the package, booked around your week.
- A nutrition plan built for you. Calories, protein target, a meal structure you can actually keep, plus the members area with recipes and the protein cheat sheet.
- Measurements at the start and the end. Weight, tape, strength. The honest scoreboard.
- The coach. Technique coached by Stevie in every session; he has been coaching people in this town since 2010. Not a video, not a rota of whoever is on shift.
Priced per session
If you came three times a week for eight weeks, that is 24 coached sessions plus the nutrition and the PT time. It works out under £9 a session. Come more and it costs less per visit. Solo one-to-one Personal Training here is £295 for ten sessions, which is the fair comparison for what one hour of a coach's attention costs.
What is not in it
- No towels, no sauna, no pool. It is a training studio.
- No supplements. If you ask, you will get the honest short list, not a sales pitch.
- No contract, no joining fee, no cancellation fee. £205 is the whole number.
Try before you pay
The free consult exists so nobody pays £205 for a room they have never stood in.
