Every 8-Week Package starts and ends with a full set of measurements. The scales are on the list, but they are the least useful number on it.
What the scales miss
Water, glycogen, the time of day, what you ate last night, and the muscle you are building. Two people can lose the same amount of fat and see completely different scale numbers.
What we measure
- Waist, hips, chest, arms and thighs, measured in the same spot both times.
- Body weight, same time of day, same conditions.
- Strength markers from your programme: the loads and reps you hit in week one versus week eight.
Why week one and week eight
Weekly weigh-ins make people anxious and rarely change behaviour. A clear start and finish, measured the same way, shows what eight weeks did without the noise.
The question it answers
Not "what do I weigh?" but "did this work?" That is the question worth £205.
